Not Currently Accepting New Clients 01/11/2022
All appointments will be tentative based on the current transmission level of
COVID-19 in our area.
These are some of new policies that will go into effect
upon the reopening of my office:
*You will receive a screening questionnaire before your appointment. This will be sent in your appointment reminder email.
You must inform me of your answers via email at least 4 hours before your appointment.
If you fail to do so, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
If you have had ANY respiratory illness in the past 10-14 days, you will need to reschedule your appointment. You may keep your appointment if you are symptom free and have a negative Covid test result.
If you have tested positive and have recovered from COVID-19, you will need to have an overall improvement in symptoms AND
--it must be five days since your last fever and
--Ten days since your symptoms first started.
--A negative test result if you were asymptomatic.
If you are fully vaccinated, you must still wear a mask so that other clients who have not yet received the vaccine are protected.
The American Board of Massage Professionals (my liability insurance company) recommends waiting 48 hours after any vaccine before receiving a massage.
There will not be a cancellation fee for clients who wish to cancel because they do not feel well or do not feel comfortable fulfilling their appointment due to the level of COVID-19 transmission in our area.
Upon arriving for your appointment:
--You must have on a face covering before entering the suite and keep it on the entire time you are in the office.
--Please limit the amount of items you bring in with you to those that are absolutely necessary such as keys, wallets, etc.
--I will be accepting contact-less payment only; I will not be swiping credit cards.

What will I be doing to protect your health?
--Additional cleaning/sanitation methods will be employed which will include wiping down all surfaces, especially high touch surfaces.
--Disposable face cradle covers will be used.
--I will be wearing a face mask.
--I will be wearing a fresh massage apron for each client. This will protect you from any possible infectious contact that may have occurred while caring for an earlier client.
I will also be wearing scrubs that I will change into once I have arrived at my office.
--Please feel free to ask me to use sterile gloves during your massage.
There is not much difference felt.
--I will be using a medical grade hand wash, of course, after each client.
Please share with me any ideas, suggestions, or concerns you may have regarding these policies; however these polices are not optional.
I look forward to taking excellent care of you as soon as possible. Please do not allow these policies to cause you stress. I am here for you, and it will be an honor to patiently walk you through these changes. Please ask if you have questions.
